Conservative Government Votes to Extend House of Commons Sitting Hours-NDP doesn`t want to show up for work - Press Release .

WELCOME TO MY WEBSITE

As summer quickly approaches there is still a lot to be done. Economic Action Plan 2013 requires Parliamentary approval before the House of Commons rises for the summer and Members return to their constituencies. One of the many highlights of Budget 2013 is eliminating the federal deficit by 2015. Also, I hope to see that S-2, the Family Homes on Reserves and Matrimonial Interests or Rights Act will be passed through the House of Commons before summer. This legislation will ensure that women living on reserves will gain access to real matrimonial property rights, rights which other Canadian women enjoy.
I will return to the riding on weekends before Parliament rises for the summer. I hope that I see you while I am out and about.
I want to remind you that my office remains open for you to drop by, send an e-mail or give us a call. My staff are available to assist you with:
  • Information on federal government services, departments and funding initiatives
  • Answering questions regarding Employment Insurance, Passports, SIN Cards, Pensions, OAS, GIS, CRA and Child Tax Benefit
  • Assistance with Permanent Resident, Citizenship & Visa applications
  • Supply Canada pins for travel abroad
If you would like to keep informed on all that I am doing in Ottawa and the Riding, I encourage you to sign up for my e-mail updates by contacting info@candicebergen.ca
Once again, thank you for your valued input. I look forward to continuing to hear from you.
